1. Quotation & Pricing

Component cost is due at time of order and build cost will be due upon delivery/pick up.
Accepted payment methods: several
Remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.

3. Order Processing & Lead Times

Build time is typically 5–15 business days, depending on complexity and component availability.
Delays due to backorders or shipping issues will be communicated promptly.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Custom PC builds are non-refundable once assembly has begun.
Cancellations before assembly may incur a restocking fee.
Returns are only accepted for DOA (dead-on-arrival) components, subject to verification.

6. Warranty

We offer a workmanship warranty 1 year.
Individual components carry manufacturer warranties (varies by brand).
Warranty covers hardware failures, not user-caused damage (e.g., overclocking, liquid spills, tampering).

We are not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or damage due to misuse.
The client is responsible for backing up personal data before the service.

9. Overclocking & Modifications

Overclocking voids most manufacturer warranties unless explicitly supported.
Custom loops or modifications done by the customer may void our warranty unless pre-approved.

10. Software Licensing

All software installed (OS, productivity, antivirus, etc.) must be legally licensed.
We are not liable for any software license issues post-delivery.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during order placement is used solely for service fulfillment and is never shared or sold.

12. Governing Law
