Mageworks Custom PCs Booking Policy

At Mageworks Custom PCs, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking experience for all our clients. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth process from consultation to completion.

1. Booking Consultations

All custom PC builds and services require an initial consultation, which can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our team directly.
Consultations may be conducted virtually or in person, based on your preference and availability.
2. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design process. The deposit amount will be applied toward your final invoice.
Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation to hold your spot in our build queue.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or build, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled with sufficient notice.
4. Build Timeline

Estimated build times will be provided after your consultation and may vary based on component availability and project complexity.
We will keep you updated on your build status and notify you promptly of any delays.
5. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your custom PC and prior to delivery or pickup.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options as listed on our website.
6. No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their scheduled consultation without prior notice may forfeit their deposit and will need to rebook.
7. Changes to Orders

Any changes to your build specifications after booking may affect pricing and timeline. Please communicate changes as soon as possible.
